The Kohat Development Authority (KDA), originally established in 1975, has been re-envisioned as the Urban Areas Development Authority, Kohat (UADA, Kohat) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authority Act 2020.
UADA, Kohat, led by a Director who serves as the administrative head, operates under the guidance of the UADA Board. The Board provides strategic direction and policy formulation for all UADAs.
