The Community Development and Outreach section serves as the bridge between UADA and the people of Kohat. Its core mandate is to ensure that UADA’s work is responsive to the needs and aspirations of the community, fostering a sense of ownership and partnership in the city’s development.
Director of Community Development and Outreach: Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the section . Oversees community engagement, SIA, community development programs, and civic participation initiatives.
Community Outreach Coordinators: Plan and conduct public consultations, workshops, and forums. Manage communication channels and build relationships with community stakeholders.
Social Impact Assessment Specialists: Conduct SIAs, identify vulnerable groups, and develop mitigation measures.
Community Development Officers: Design and deliver community development programs in collaboration with local partners.
Civic Engagement Facilitators: Encourage and facilitate civic engagement and participation in UADA’s decision-making processes.
