  • Implementing IPSAS and NAM:   Transitioning to International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and New Accounting Model (NAM) to enhance financial transparency and accountability.
  • Revitalization of Community Centers:   Upgrading and modernizing existing community centers to provide better facilities and services for residents.
  • Public-Private Partnerships for commercial activities:   Collaborating with the private sector to develop commercial projects that stimulate economic growth, create jobs, and provide better facilities and outlets to residents.
  • Themed Streets (Maple Street, Magnolia Street, etc.):    Creating vibrant and attractive streetscapes with unique themes to enhance the urban environment.
  • Street Lights Phase 2:    Expanding the street lighting network to improve safety and security in additional areas.

  • Miyawaki Forest:   Successfully established a 3ooo-tree strong Miyawaki Forest in Sector 1, a dense, fast-growing urban forest that provides ecological benefits and improves air quality.
  • Street Lights Phase 1:Completed Street lighting installation in Phase 1, enhancing safety and visibility in key areas.

  • Safe City UADA, Kohat:    Implementing a comprehensive surveillance and security system to ensure public safety and deter crime.
  • Boundary wall across UADA, Kohat jurisdiction:       Constructing a boundary wall to demarcate UADA’s jurisdiction and enhance security.
  • Theme Park/Fun Land:    Developing a family-friendly entertainment center in Parks to provide recreational opportunities for residents and visitors.
